We are very fortunate to have Jeff from Clan Thompson as our speaker. He will demonstrate their Celiac SmartList software. For over ten years Clan Thompson has been researching and publishing information for people with Celiac disease. Their software and books help people to find gluten information on thousands of products.

As always, we will have gluten-free samples and giveaways.
